Elf is a design and innovation company. Today Elf consists of a business-to-business (B2B) creative agency and a research and development (R&D) unit, Star Labs. We also have a consumer brand through our digital magazine, Hayden’s, and our podcast, Stardust.
Founded in 2003 and launched in 2007, Elf aims to be a blue-chip company that operates at the highest level of integrity, providing world-class services and designing exceptional products for businesses and consumers. Elf supports inventiveness in companies and individuals that want to build a better future. We do this by listening carefully to what our clients need and want and providing world-class services to help them achieve their goals.

Our team shares a love of design. Design offers us a foundation of excellence to create from, requiring a love of aesthetics inspired by imagination. It is a professional way of life which rallies us together for a shared purpose. Design draws upon precise skills and craftsmanship. We are constantly learning, exploring the world, and embracing new ideas. Our work nurtures people's relationships with ideas, objects, and places.

OUR CLIENT SERVICES
Elf operates a digital creative agency that provides world-class design, apps and technology, digital, and audio (DADA™) services to clients worldwide. Elf is known for its innovative approach, applied imagination, engineering precision, creative problem-solving skills, and coming up with fresh and relevant solutions.
Over the years, we have gained significant, specialized experience working with our clients in several verticals, such as consumer electronics, technology, transportation, cybersecurity, finance, e-commerce, real estate, architecture, and construction.
We are excited to pioneer new ideas, solve complex challenges, and do work we love.
OUR PRODUCT LINE
Elf has a visual magazine Hayden’s, with in-depth interviews with visual artists and musicians. Hayden’s™ is also launching its podcast, Stardust™ for Apple Music, an Elf channel on Apple News, and an app division, Atom™ to produce apps for the App Store and Xbox in collaboration with clients and partners.
OUR R&D UNIT: STAR LABS
As of 2021, we have a research and development unit, Star Labs™. We develop ideas into tangible products and services at Star Labs. Star Labs offers us the space to experiment and build prototypes. As a prototype becomes commercially viable, we take it to the next level. Currently, at Star Labs, we are working on two long-term projects: renewable energy solutions and creating zero-emission, safe, fast, efficient, and beautifully designed aircraft and drones.
