We designed the UI (user interface) and UX (user experience) for an Apple Watch app, iPhone app, and related ecosystem for the UVM WE health and wellness program. The WE program is an undergraduate study in preventative medicine. www.uvm.edu/we

Elf also designed a presentation and provided detailed information on the app's potential, workflow, and app analytics for the client to obtain funding via sponsors. As a result, the WE project successfully a $1.8 million grant from the Conrad Hilton foundation for 2017.

We're happy to be working on a series of apps to provide basic emergency training and humanitarian relief through the Red Cross in Switzerland. Founded by Jean-Henri Dunant in Switzerland, the Red Cross has a logo inspired by the Swiss flag. www.redcross.ch

The Swiss version also inspired the founding of the American Red Cross by Clara Barton. www.redcross.org

In 2015, Paris suffered significant loss of life due to civilian bombings. The local Red Cross put out alerts requesting blood donations. A local organization, Don du Sang, mobilized locals to provide blood donations in Paris, using a simple app to help connect volunteers with blood banks. 

Our founder Jan Manon offered to translate the Don du Sang website and flyer into English. Translating content into English made it easier for tourists and donors worldwide to get involved. The initiative was very successful as locals and tourists were eager to help. The site enabled much-needed blood to be sent to blood banks and drove numerous donations worldwide. Don du Sang continues to educate and encourage local civic involvement.

Through this experience and learning about events in the world, we've decided to create a series of simple apps to help in emergencies and basic first-aid training. We're happy to work on this and put this out in the next year.

From 2015-2019, Elf provided financial content and analysis for Capital Wealth Planning, (CWP), a premier financial investment and wealth planning firm. Content included articles, web content, newsletters and print publications.
